..... so why if this is a person of God, do the Angles get mentioned but not the Spirit person?

How many Heavenly Agencies did Paul call to witness?

1Ti 5:21 I adjure you before YAHWEH and the Master Yahshua Messiah and the elect cherubs,
that you should observe these things without prejudice, doing nothing by way of partiality.
..... Paul called the heavenly agencies to witness this charge given to Timothy. Notice Paul called as a witness for him. YAHWEH the Father and the Master Yahshua Messiah are natural first ones to be mentioned, but Paul did not stop here. He called all the angels of YAHWEH his witnesses also. Certainly if Paul knew of a third being who is coequal with the Father and His Son, then he would have mentioned him in this verse. Yet there is no hint of another being, which is plain evidence that Paul knew nothing about a third being.
How many God persons did John say we have fellowsip with?

1Jn 1:3 We announce to you what we have seen, and what we have heard, that you also may have fellowship with us. And truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son, Yahshua Messiah.
..... Surely if John were acquainted with a third being he would want us to have fellowship with him as well, but there is no mention of another being.
How many God persons are present when you abide in the doctrine of Messiah?

2Jn 1:9 Everyone transgressing and not abiding in the doctrine of Messiah Elohim is not in him. The one abiding in the doctrine of Messiah, this one has the Father and the Son.
2Jn 1:10 If anyone comes to you and does not bear this doctrine, do not receive him into the house, and do not speak a greeting to him.
..... Two, The Father and His Son.
1Co 8:6 but to us there is one El, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him,
and one Master YAHWEH, Yahshua Messiah, through whom are all things, and we by Him.
..... there is no other divine god being!
1Ti 1:16 But for this reason I received mercy,
that in me first Yahshua Messiah might show forth all patience,
for an example to those being about to believe on Him to everlasting life.
..... Messiah is our eternal life by His very spirit.
1Ti 1:17 Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only Elohim, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
..... ONLY the Father is the King Eternal, the only Elohim.
